Mega 8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to Mega 8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Mega 8 ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Mega 8 Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Mega 8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Notice of changes will be posted on our website and/or sent via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Mega 8 Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

To register and use Mega 8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting.
• Never previously been banned or suspended from the Mega 8 Platform.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or employer in any capacity.
• Register with accurate, truthful, and complete information.

Mega 8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in a temporary account freeze until verification is complete. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other official government-issued identification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Mega 8 Platform at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether under the same name, a different email address, a different phone number, or a different device — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether you authorised it.
• Notify Mega 8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your account information is kept up to date and accurate at all times.

Mega 8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

All transactions on the Mega 8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. We support the following deposit methods specifically for Malaysian users:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant deposit, minimum RM10.
• GrabPay — instant deposit, minimum RM10.
• Boost — instant deposit, minimum RM10.
• ShopeePay — instant deposit, minimum RM10.
• DuitNow — instant transfer, minimum RM10.
• FPX / Maybank2u — internet banking transfer, minimum RM10.
• CIMB Clicks — internet banking transfer, minimum RM10.

Mega 8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond Mega 8's control.

All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and belong to the registered user. Mega 8 complies with Malaysia's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for deposits exceeding certain thresholds.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by users who have completed account verification requirements (KYC). Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and account verification status.
• Users who have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• Mega 8 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per day.

If any suspicious activity or doubt arises regarding your account, Mega 8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. You will be notified by email within 48 hours should this occur.

Mega 8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, poker rakeback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit who have never registered an account before.
• Mega 8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if fraud, system abuse, or a breach of terms is found to have occurred.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the rollover requirements.
• Some promotions have an expiry date — unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited after the expiry date.
• Mega 8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the Mega 8 Platform — whether on sports (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), Live Casino, poker, e-sports, or virtual sports — are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets non-refundable except under circumstances specifically stated (e.g. a match is postponed or cancelled).
• In the event of a technical error during the betting process, Mega 8 reserves the right to void the bet in question and refund the stake.
• For Sports Betting, the official results recognised by Mega 8 are based on outcomes declared by the relevant sporting body within the stipulated timeframe.
• In poker betting, all outcomes are determined by the hands played and standard poker rules apply.
• Mega 8 reserves the right to restrict betting limits on specific accounts based on internal risk assessment without obligation to provide explanation.
• Any attempt to exploit odds opportunities through unauthorised methods (e.g. arbitrage betting that violates our terms) may result in bet cancellation and account suspension.

Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the minimum odds requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. Betting on any event in which you are directly involved is strictly prohibited.

Use of the Mega 8 Platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different information.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised technological tools to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game that requires individual competition.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits.
• Providing false or misleading information to the support team or during the identity verification process.
• Making threats, harassment, or offensive communications directed at staff or other players.

A Mega 8 account may be terminated in two ways:

By the User: You may close your account at any time by contacting the Mega 8 support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible winnings have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures within 7 business days.

By Mega 8: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this document.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
• Request by legal authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure by Mega 8 due to a breach of terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited or withheld pending the outcome of an investigation, depending on the nature of the violation.

Mega 8 takes responsible gaming seriously and is committed to helping players stay in control of their betting activity. Our platform provides the following tools, accessible via your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on the total losses permitted within a given time period.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount per gaming session.
• Take a Break: Take a break from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion if you feel that betting is negatively affecting your life.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Mega 8 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of the Platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Third-party content or links that may be accessed through our Platform.

Mega 8's total liability to any user for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Mega 8 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be announced via:

• A prominent notice on the Mega 8 Platform homepage.
• Email to the address registered to your account.
• In-app notifications (where applicable).

The effective date of each version of the Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document. You are advised to check this page periodically for the latest updates. Continued use of the Mega 8 Platform after any such changes take effect will be deemed your acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Mega 8 Platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved mutually shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision will be reinterpreted or removed as necessary while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
